Her Work
Your outer world reflects your inner world—if things aren’t going as you desire, the powerful combination counselling and kinesiology will allow you to safely explore and heal your inner world. This gentle process helps you to reconnect with your internal joy, love and peace, which is, in turn, reflected in your outer world.
What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is based on the model that states that health problems are the result of blocked energy flow. If a person fails to adapt to an energy block in their system it can lead to anything from mild emotional discomfort to permanent pain or disease.
Holistic kinesiology uses muscle monitoring to accurately assess where the stress has been accumulating in the mind and/or body. A complete series of checks is first carried out to ensure muscle readings are precise. Muscle monitoring then assesses which functions are being affected in the mind and/or body and expressed as symptoms.
How does it work?
Any stress, which could be for example, emotional, nutritional, structural and/or electrical, will weaken a muscle during a test. This is because our muscles are electrically connected to the neurons in our brain via the spinal cord, so we are really testing a brain response rather than pure muscle strength.
What you can expect?
Your health and wellbeing are improved by stimulating the body back into balance through methods such as holding acupressure points and/or blood and lymph reflexes to release and diffuse crystallisations of emotions stored in the body, allowing the energy to flow freely again. Structural, emotional, nutritional, electromagnetic, energetic, metaphysical, physiological and spiritual aspects are all taken into consideration.
When used together, counselling and muscle testing very quickly give you greater awareness and insights into the root causes of emotional and/or physical symptoms and where this has created an energy block in your body.
Past trauma can often stand in the way of a person’s growth more than they realise. The brain has a way of layering memory so that the earliest memory of emotion (such as pain or fear) becomes the basis for later repetitions of that emotion.
Neurologically the brain does not distinguish between the present and the past. Whatever memory neurons generate from our past memories will determine our present behaviour.
Our brains respond to real and imagined events in exactly the same way! It makes no difference to our brain whether something actually happened or not. It is what we feel about the event that creates our reality. Through counselling and kinesiology, we are able to change our psychological and physical cellular memory. The corrections diffuse the emotional stress around the past event, changing how we feel in the present. By changing the perception, along with ingrained belief systems, we can do an enormous amount to release any emotional charge around even the most traumatic memory.
By ascertaining the root cause of the issue and bringing it into the conscious mind, you can live your life more consciously rather than operating by default. This empowers you to honour your new insights and live your life from choice.
